FedEx paid to deliver, but does not!

FedEx was paid to deliver overnight. That is a waste of money as it does no good if deliver attempt is made when the recipient is not in. Then FedEx comes around the same time over the next two attempts. Two days later after three attempts FedEx sends package back to sender. FedEx was paid to deliver a package and they did not! If they can't deliver at the morning attempt, then try the afternoon. FedEx should have called to set up a delivery time. After all, they were paid to deliver! Wish I said that when I was told they cannot hold a package long. Will then FedEx, Don't Hold It, DELIVER IT to the recipient, not the mailer!

I have a shipment that has been in Winchester, VA since Tuesday, 14 June. Some how FedEx has multiple scan tags on the shipment. I have contacted the FedEx customer service office 3 times and have been promised delivery on Friday, 17 June and Saturday, 18 June. Both turned out to be lies. Customer service is a joke at FedEx! Shipment # [protected].

FedEx dangerous driving

5/6/2016 in the Eastbound Lane of I-80 near the 1st Exit for Cheyenne WY a Fed Ex Semi Driver Ran my 23 year old daughter off the road into the median in her Honda CRV. With no disregard for her life. He did not stop or anything. Luckily she is alright and was able to get back onto the road and drive her car. We will have to take it in to assess the damage to the vehicle. She however did miss an important doctor appointment and will have to reschedule. Just a little over a year ago a few miles from this same location a Fed Ex semi killed a co-worker of hers, her son and her fiance. This drivers are extremely dangerous.

FedEx lost package

A wedding dress was lost that we purchased two years ago waiting for this wedding, I shipped it to my daughter thru a fedex office, they did not fill out the value, and the package was lost, while its 1800.00, a small amount to them, I lost the dress and all the minor things in that box, they are willing to give us a 114.00 and say Im sorry, The package disappeared after it was loggin to fed ex, it stated in FED EX POSSESSION so, for a company of the size of Fed Ex, I find this very poor customer service, and they say WE Apoligize

What do you mean they did not fill in the value? You do that when you fill out the shipper tag for the added insurance.

FedEx poor delivery service / customer service

A door tag was left on my front door yesterday, March 16, 2016, indicating that an attempt was made to deliver a package. The door tag had the wrong date on it (2/16/16), and had no information about future delivery attempts. Today, while I was at work, the delivery person returned and crossed out the '6' in '16' and wrote a '7' and then checked off the box that said this was the final attempt to deliver the package. The tag indicated that I could drive to a FedEx Center 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY to pick it up.

I called FedEx to explain the situation, including the issue with the wrong date, only two attempts to deliver, and no indication when they would return. As I was speaking to a Supervisor of the Customer Advocate Team named Samantha, she apparently lost her patience with me and hung up on me! I called back again, and was told by another Supervisor, Alyssa, that Samantha had nothing more to communicate to me, and reiterated that if I wanted my package I would need to drive three hours there and back to pick it up.

I have never been treated this way before by a company, and am extremely disappointed with FedEx. They will not be getting my business, and I will make sure to encourage others to avoid FedEx, as well.

I had a package sent to my uncle by FedEx ground, I usually use the USPS. Today, a package that was to be delivered to my uncle's house. Instead, FedEx had given the package to someone else. And my uncle has to go to the hospital because of his medicine was in the package. I thought for such a big company, that package would for sure be delivered. I thought wrong.

FedEx poor service with fedex ground

I took a day off work to wait for the FedEx delivery that had been scheduled for today. But no one came. And no paper was left on my door or in my mailbox saying that FedEx had attempted to make the delivery as agreed.

Four calls to customer service later I learned the FedEx driver made an error and attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address.

FedEx, how difficult is it to read an address? Are your drivers illiterate or just incompetent?

The worst though is that they couldn't care less and won't make it right. I asked them to deliver my package to their downtown location but they flatly refused.

Now my package will be returned to the sender because of THEIR error.

It's impossible to escalate the issue with them. They simply repeat the same tired lines and won't help you.

Go with UPS instead. Their drivers can read.

FedEx overnight delivery

Should change name to Fed Excuse, consistently leave shipments in Memphis for no other reason than their arrogant incompetence. This is a consistent problem of sloppy performance which leads to bad attitude with their employees who spend much of their time making excuse and listening to complaints. It is nearly impossible to get any kind of reaction from them other than "thank you for choosing FedEX. UPS, while far from perfect is so much better than FedEX its not even funny. If Fedex looks back they will see the USPS gaining on them.

FedEx box

The driver literally threw the box at our inside garage door- my husband was in the garage in the corner in his workshop the guy didn't see him there- but the complaint it was directly in front of the open doorway that when I came out not seeing the box on floor I stepped on it twisted my ankle thus twisting my whole leg - I just had a total hip replacement - this jolted my leg out of position and I feel it damaged the surgery site. It hurts. Your drivers need to be instructed to place boxes out of the projected walkways of people. You could end up in a law suit thru no fault of the house owner.

FedEx avoid this postal service!

My package was shipped from Canada two weeks ago and I received nothing yet. Yesterday received a message from FedEx stating that due to local weather delay they could not deliver my order on time. Absolutely ridiculous! I tracked my package and I know that it already arrived. Lazy clowns, cannot even deliver it to my house! And I'm totally disgusted they tried to fool me! This postal service is not trustworthy! Avoid!

FedEx poor delivery service

FedEx held package for 2 days, according to the tracking info this was due to "local weather delay, delivery not attempted". Even though the weather wasn't bad enough to delay or call off local schools. The third day when they decided to brave the weather and attempt a delivery, tracking stated "Cannot locate recipient". I called and waited 20 minutes to talk to someone, they would not let me change delivery address so I called the shipping company. FedEx wouldn't even allow shipping company to change delivery address, unbelievable. This wasn't the first issue with FedEx, but I thought every company is allowed a mistake, I always thought the US postal service was the worst but no more. FedEx is by far the worst delivery company in the US, if you have any other option do yourself a favor and go with any company as long as its not FedEx.

FedEx delivery complaint

January 4 2016 Fed Ex box truck incorrectly delivered my package to pole barn not my house. My house sits near the pole barn. House is obviously taken care of and lived in. Car in driveway, etc. Pole barn sits off by itself, is hard to get to, grass grown up. Why driver delivered to pole barn and not house is beyond me. Other delivery services have no problem choosing the house as delivery point. If neighbor had not seen Fed Ex box truck in front of pole barn I would never have known package was sitting outside door. Please inform driver of correct location!

FedEx I have been waiting over three weeks for a delivery

I have used FedEx Chat. called their 800number that I stayed on hold for 15 min, then was told that they don't know where package is...they notified USPS that the package was coming but it was never received by USPS. How in the world is a customer supposed to get a delivery that has already been paid for and needed by a certain date. They sent the package from PA to GA and I live in PA. Somehow it got lost between GA and PA on the way back.

FedEx package delivery

FedEx/Kinkos member entered wrong zip code on package. Address correction was made and I was assured package would be routed via express so it would arrive next day do to FedEx mistake. Package was not delivered as FedEx promised and will now arrive 5 days from date promised. Total delivery time of 7 days for a package originally scheduled to ship a total of 300 miles. I understand problems happen however 2 of last 3 shipments have been miss directed. Also FedEx Express has missed 3 pickups in the last 2 weeks. These were scheduled pickups that had conformation numbers. What is going on? Are you becoming the new USPS?

FedEx delivery

Two large packages were delivered today left sitting in middle of the driveway near the street. There was no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. Just set there and the driver left. Luckily there was someone home at the time which he had no idea because no vehicles was visible due to garage. Value was 0ver $700. They need to at least knock on door and if know answer notify customer that package is at residence. No wonder so many packages get stolen.

FedEx reckless driver

Me and my wife was coming back from Cleveland, Ohio to Akron, Ohio and your driver cut right in front of us almost running us into the wall, my wife blood pressure and minds flew through the roof. She has asked me to call our attorney but I decided to let you guys do something about it for the driver and us. FedEx why have I been waiting 2 weeks for packages that shipped from ny to connecticut? they have been in connecticut for the past week

This company is horrible. I actually work in shipping and receiving and I use FedEx as little as possible - between botched shipments, lost shipments and exporting errors. I think going forward if i order online i will not use the free shipping option from vendors if deliveries will take this long. This is the holiday season, ups is on point working over time delivering on time and a lot of times early. I am beyond annoyed. I hope i'll at least get my packages before christmas.

FedEx hailey/wood river valley division

So my complaint may sound psychotic or paranoid, but I have noticed that most of your fedex employees decided to follow my whereabouts, or stop in front of my house to pretend they are dropping off a package but never seem to exit the truck or van. It's really quite unnerving and unbelievable but I'm certain it happens and would like it to stop.

FedEx packaging product for shipping

On October 26, 2015, I had the Fed Ex office at Campbell Blvd, Nottingham, MD ship my laptop for a usb port repair. However, Lenovo contacted me to let me know that when they received my laptop the screen was cracked. The screen was not cracked when I handed this laptop to Yvette H. in the Fed Ex office. I watched her before leaving the business to make sure she was packing my laptop well, and I was very concerned before leaving the office. So much so, that I lingered, pretending to be "shopping", only to watch her stop packing my laptop to come to the counter to help another customer. It concerned me because she left my laptop on the table in the middle of her packing it. I would not use FedEx again.

FedEx atm card

To whom it may concern; My name is Mike Abeyta I have been corresponding with Mr. Johnson Udoh from FedEx. Employee number - FedEx098763. I sent Mr. Udoh a fee payment for delivery of an ATM card. His office representative picked up the payment and now Mr. Johnson refuses to send the ATM card. His reason for not sending the card is Mr.Udoh said that Michael his representative was shot by robbers and stole the money. He claims that he never received the money and wants me to resend the fee. I responded to him with proof that Michael did pick up the money and that I did pay the fee. Mr. Udoh also agreed to pay the fee if I did not receive the ATM card and if for any other reason the transaction did not go through he would pay me back. Mr. Udoh has refused to keep our agreement. I want to press charges against Mr. Udoh for fraud. I can forward the emails proving Mr. Udoh guilt. Thank you for your time, Mike Abeyta [protected]@yahoo.com

FedEx express (no) pick up

Yesterday I called (and spoke in person to the delivery guy as well) Rangel Expresso to schedule a FEDEX pick up. No one showed up the entire day and had NO CLASS to call me and warn me that I can leave my home as they won't be picking up the envelope today. No, they kept me prisoner in my own house for the entire day and nothing. Rescheduled for tomorrow without apologies. This is not the first time they screw up. I hope FEDEX fires Rangel Expresso as their partners and hires a decent company who treats customer's time with respect. Ontem eu liguei (e falou pessoalmente com o cara de entrega também) Rangel Expresso de marcar uma FEDEX pegar. Ninguém mostrou-se o dia inteiro e não tinha CLASS para me chamar e me avisar que eu posso deixar a minha casa, pois não vai ser pegar o envelope hoje. Não, eles me manteve prisioneira em minha própria casa para o dia inteiro e nada. Remarcada para amanhã, sem desculpas. Esta não é a primeira vez que eles estragar. Espero FEDEX dispara Rangel Expresso como seus parceiros e contrata uma empresa decente que trata o tempo do cliente com respeito.

FedEx packaging scam

I have received FedEx deliveries for many years at my workplace and I know how they package things. I recently brought a package to their Pensacola, Florida office with a prepaid return label. I repackaged it exactly as I received it--it was shipped to me by FedEx. And it was packaged every bit as well as the FedEx deliveries we get at work. FedEx would not accept it. They insisted I buy one of their boxes--a cardboard box they sell for $9.00--and let them repack it before they would accept it. This is an obvious scam to sell their overpriced boxes.
