I placed an order on September 7 for a pair of sneakers for my granddaughter‘s 16th birthday it is now September 28 and my granddaughter still doesn’t have her birthday gift. I Have reached out to them on numerous occasions with no response and there is no phone number to reach them on and now that I’m asking for a refund they have gone completely silent. Stay far away from this company!

They Don't Refund Your Return... you pay shipping 3 times!

At checkout, no signage indicating they don't/won't refund you.
Spent :25 minutes looking for the return address and policies. Pretty much hidden from view.
Bottom line: if you purchase something from FSB — be prepared to KEEP it, regardless of whether if fits.
If you return it, you will PAY the shipping back, then in order to not lose your money, you've got to pay for shipping a third time.
My $30 on-sale shoes would have cost $75.
Definitely my top pick for worst retail shopping experience in 2016.
As a significant online shopper, I've never encountered a retailer that thinks this is reasonable or acceptable. It's not!

Our return policy is stated on all of our product pages. There are three tabs located above the product details labeled, "Product Details", "Shipping and Handling", and "Returns". In case it is missed on the product page, it is also at the bottom of the check out page. Sale items are a final sale, but we did offer to make an exception for you in this case. As you stated in your email, shoes that weigh this much are expensive to ship back and forth, which is why as a small business we do not cover return shipping and state so in our policy. We do make an exception to this rule if there is an error on our part. We provide return information through email. Since you were in communication with our customer service and decided not to return the product, it didn't seem relevant to send you the address. Price of shipping is not dictated by us, but by the United States Postal Service. I have included the link below in case you would like to let them know your thoughts on their shipping costs. Your item was ordered on the 21st and you received it on the 23rd via priority shipping. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns and thank you for your feedback.
