Faulty software!

I can see I am in good company I paid forty UK pounds to receive this service, and it blatantly doesn't work. I sent an email to limewire and their only response was to send me more emails advertising the very product I was unhappy with - this kind of thing can put a man off buying anything online. Where is the accountability...

I had a problem with it too but i fixed it on my own. It was my Java program that helps run the program. if it is updated to the new current version it will cause the 360share pro to not show, load, or start... i had to remove the new java version using the "add or remove programs" in the control panel of windows xp. After i removed the new version of java, my programs worked great... just like when i first got it. I hope this helps you... it has helped me and many others... it really is not that big of a problem... i have had it for more than a 15 months!
