Hi, I have purchased a fastrack watch costing 1595/-. The problem is that the watch is not running according to the correct time even I took it to the service center for more than 6 times. I am not happy with the service which I get from titan company. The service people are also not responding to the problem at any cost. Im fed up with that and iam raising a complaint on the bad service. Please help me with the problem.

Hi,
Even my watch is not working properly. i bought it for Rs.2100 a month back.
The watch slows four to five hours back according to current time.
Really frustrated with this kind of quality.
Need urgent assistance from the company.

My watch is running 5 mins slowly, bought one month back only... Bought at the price of 3195 but this problem, really frusturated..

It's the same issue which is faced by so many people if you check on internet, including myself... made a mistake with purchase of this brand watch... Have been to outlet for more than 5-6 times and its back to square one after few days...
