I wish I would have found this site before ordering a futon from FastFurnishings.com (Also DBA Affordable-Beds.com). Ordered a futon. Was then notified that they might have mixed up orders and sent to the wrong address. They had shipped to the wrong person in a different state. They said they would re-route. Received 1 of 3 packages. When the other 2 did not arrive, I called (answering machine), no response. I emailed, they stated the other two packages were delivered. When I requested the tracking numbers, I noticed they had been returned to the warehouse. I pointed this fact out to them. They shipped the two packages to me. On arrival, noticed the packages had been opened and repackaged. Parts were missing. I have requested the parts multple times with no response. AVIOD THESE COMPANIES!

I can understand your frustration, and most customers want a clean smooth transaction. But when dealing with online furniture or other large type freight merchandise companies you have to understand that they do not keep stock on premises. The same goes for major brick and mortar furniture companies. If you order something from them they order it directly from the manufacturer at time of order. Unless of course you are buying the display furniture which about 10, 000 people probably sat on to test. I think customers need to be a little more patient when dealing with large freight items as mistakes can and will happen. The ending point you made is the issue was resolved. As we did not get a follow up on whether or not you received your parts as of yet your post is still hanging. So did you request a refund or finally get your parts?
