This company contacted me when they were under the name "songplacements.com". I was contacted on myspace and told that they would promote my music they would promote my music to movies and t.v soundtracks. I was told this by Hilarie Naymick herself in person my music would be sent out by her to the industry contacts they company has. After charging my credit card the agreed fee of $399.00, I submitted my songs from their website. I never received any proof my songs were submitted or any proof they were denied, and also, I received no return phone calls or emails from the company until I found them in a new office in the same building at which time, one employee denied it was songplacements.com, when in fact, it essentialy is. The company songplacements.com I found is using an alternate name of "Fast Break Music", yet, their business cards state the company is "DriveMusic". All 3 company names are registered under Inga Gasparyan, yet her business phone number is registered to David Hitt. A company employee Ben Stidham stated he would give me a refund from Hilarie Naymick's account. This did not however happen along with Ben Stidham telling me it appeared he could not help me obtain a refund. The company Fast Break Music solicits musicians on myspace, attempts to convince them to pay $399.00 for music promotion/placement services which in my case, I did not receive any promotion by the company as I was told I would be company rep. Hilarie Naymick. Hilarie Naymick did not return any phone calls until I discovered the company's new location. I received return phone call on my machine and every time I called her the calls went to voice mail. Company employee Brett Werder denied she still worked at the company but David Hitt stated she was "on vacation". All phone calls to company president/founder Inga Gasparyan were unreturned as was all phone calls to accounts manager Sherry Nazerpour. Ben Stidham called my home and left a message he no longer works for Fast Break Music.

Fast Break Music in Los Angeles solicits musicians on myspace, tells them they like their music and for a fee of $399.00, they will promote their music to media outlets. I was a member for one year, and I received no proof that any of my music was submitted by myself through their website or by company employees or received by targeted media outlets.Phone calls and emails to company president Inga Gasparyan in Los Angeles were unreturned.

Fast Break music withdrew $200 out of my bank account outside of their stated terms and conditions, and then when US Bank investigated, they FORGED an altered agreement to get out of trouble.

I made a video presentation PROVING this.

Rumor has it David Hitt of Port Charlotte Fla and Hollywood Ca. likes hanging out with young boys in bmx "clubs" an this led to legal accusations, unspecified.

Fast Break Music in Los Angeles contacted my band on myspace and said they would promote our music to radio stations and record companies. After a agreed charge of $400.00, Fast Break Music stopped returning phone calls and emails, and we never got any proof they even attempted to promote us.

please note in the past my email account I used for this site was the same I used for Fast Break Music when they were called "songplacements.com". This website Complaints Board received emails from my account asking me to delete my posts on Fast Break Music/songplacements.com. I have refiled complaints to this Complaints Board website under a new email.
My advice is to use extreme caution in having any business dealings with David Hitt from Port Charlotte Fla and his reported partner Inga Gasparyan, the officially listed founder of "songplacements.com", Fast Break Music, and DriveMusic.
