Mr. English's daughter, Dawn M Arthur, works as an agent in her father's Farmers Insurance Agency but she is not licensed by the state of Colorado (or ANY state). She refers to herself as an "agent" and uses her father's agency's computers and professional affiliations to access personal information about people who are not even Farmers Insurance customers. Jerry W English LTD allows its employees to mislead the public and is a violator of professional ethics. The employees are not honest and forthright and have proven to go to any unethical and illegal lengths to acheive their personal agendas!
I am a client of this office and have always found the best customer service and the staff to go to leaps and bounds to make me happy. I see that the post comes from the fiance of Dawn's ex husband. That is a shame that you would post this. I know Dawn on a personal level.as well and I am shocked that you would jepordize the children's well being if Dawn does not have income who would support he children. Your obvious disregard for child support laws and the need to support your children financially is a reflection of who you are and to place a family (your family) in this type of situation is appauling. Tell your fiance to pay his child support and if he got a job he would have less time to worry about his ex.wife whom he clearly is still infatuated with.
This company by far the best customer service... I leave it with that.
I have worked with Dawn in the past, at this agency, and have NEVER had an issue. The customer service with this agency is hands down the best I have experienced and I would recommend ANYONE to visit with her regarding their insurance needs. I am shocked and saddened that someone would post something like this, which is full of untruths. The poster should be ashamed of themselves and should take their personal issue up elsewhere, NOT on the Internet.
I have worked with Dawn for several years now and have known her to be nothing but professional, friendly, and 100% customer service focused. She IS in fact a licensed producer, anyone can look it up online through DORA, and perhaps the author of the original complaint should check their facts before writing libelous statements. I have worked for Farmers and I know that if someone is not a Farmers customer, it would be impossible to access their personal information using a Farmers system. Sounds like the author is having a personal issue and just wants to be childish in their retaliation.
Please see attached letter from Jerry English's and Jerry W English LTD's attorney, I believe this letter explains it all. It is my opinion that Alison Scott is the fiance of Douglas SCOTT Arthur as her name is ALISON Diann Barton. Dawn Arthur is a licensed insurance agent for the State of Colorado per the DORA website.
Mr. Arthur:
This office has been retained by Jerry W. English re your numerous emails to Farmers Insurance concerning your disputes with Dawn Arthur regarding your failure to pay child support and other issues between the two of you. Mr. Sarmiento of Farmers Insurance to whom you have direceted your emails has made it clear to you several times that personal matters between you and Dawn Arthur are NOT to be directed to him. In fact it has now reached a point that you could be subject to a legal claim by Jerry W. English and Dawn Arthur for tortious interference with employment.
This letter is to put you and anyone acting under your control on notice to immediately cease and desist from any further contact with Jerry W. English, his company, Jerry W. English, Ltd., Leo Sarmiento (District Manager), or anyone else associated with Farmers Insurance about your disputes with Dawn Arthur. These are issues between the two of you and should be resolved outside the context of her employment.
Your complaint that Dawn Arthur has used her "insurance knowledge" to inquire re your ability to pay child support has NOT involved in any way her position with Farmers Insurance. If you have proof that she used the resources of Farmers Insurance to inquire re your ability to pay child support you should forward that proof to me immediately. Farmers Insurance is NOT involved in your disputes with Dawn Arthur and you must terminate immediately any attempt to contact the parties noted above just because you are upset with Dawn Arthur. If legal action is necessary, I assure you that Jerry W. English will not hesitate to pursue legal action against you.

This sounds like a personal issue, not a business issue. Jerry W English LTD is a wonderful agency, and Dawn has always been extremely helpful and customer service oriented in EVERY interaction. I think you need to handle your personal issues in a more positive and adult manner. I'm assuming that you are an adult, right?
