I have hire Fantasia bridal to take photos and record video on my wedding day on April 19, 2008. When making the deposit, they say the picture and video will take about 3 weeks after our wedding to be ready. 1 week before the wedding we have made the full payment, no money owe. We confirm with her that we will get our product in time after the event. We were patient enough to wait. After 3 week, we keep calling them to give us our product (pictures and video). However 3rd attempt, 4 week pass, our pictures were delivered. The picture is taken so unprofessional, quality is not good. Very bad pictures for my wedding. I am not sure if she was license as a profession to take pictures. Anyways, We ask about our video. she say they are working on it and will contact the video guy. First, i would like to complain, i hired Fantasia bridal to do my video, however, after we pay them, they hire another camera guy, he is not professional at all which they say is professional. Second, as of today, almost 11 week later, we DID NOT receive our video yet. We have contacted them and they say they are having issue with converting the issue and it wont be done call back next week. Every week we call, they keep saying next week. They are not keeping their words. I ask them if they can not give me the product, please refund me. They say no refund is made unless the product is not delivered or having technical issue. they are having issue, how come they don't refund. Waited so long, and they are not finish, that is UNACCEPTABLE. I would like my refund of $2000 back. They are not giving me the product, and they do not want to give me my refund. I don't want to call every week and they say next week next week.. its been 11 weeks!!
