you took money out of checking which is stealing because i did authorized it

i would you put the $39.95 back into my checking account along with the $30.00 overdrawn from checking i did not have the money in there and you took it and if it is not replaced i am contacting the Attorney General of our state which is in Connecticut and report that you stole money out of my checking account without authorization and that we returned the requested CD and so that is enough cancellation and so i giving till Tuesday of April 22, 2008 to replace that money or i will contact the Attorney General and will till that you took money without my authorization this is my checking not my husband so you have till tuesday only or i will make some contacts to get my money back. you were not authorized to take money out of my account and you did so without permission and that is stealing and i will get a lawyer if i have to to get this money replaced in my checking account
