So Rude (Tina) only one cash register open since I walked in and shopped for 45minutes. This employee accused me of phony coupons for 50 cents then she refused to give me sale price on pajama's for little girls @ 5.00 that was on the rack. I am not going to override this she stated. This was said in front of other employees and customers. The Manager did not do anything that's if she was a manager whose head stuck in the other cash register that was closed for 45 minutes. This employee need retraining or some form of professionalism or courtesy . She was nasty on Thanksgiving day (sorry she had to work that day) however, their are 1, 000 people waiting for her job. I work in H.R department who we would have fired that instance. I lost a sale and you lost a sale. Very unconformable going back! Nasty service. I told her to take it easy. But she kept on and on with her nasty comments. Please take care of this as soon as possible. Before that week the girls were so helpful in placing my salt in my car and take it out to the handicap parking for me. I was so impressed. But this lady was "insane" and the Manager did not step up to help. She probably didn't even get the register opened or going. At the most you would have lost $1.00 with all that i spend 3-4times a month! Wow. She was not performing brain surgery to be that stressed! Sonia E Gutierrez Ref [protected] SO ANGRY!
