I tried to signup for a TrueRoots account for $5 using their online form. After completing my order, my credit card was charged and I received confirmation on the next page. Instead of receiving instant activation (as TrueRoots advertise), I was instructed to call their customer service since my account was "going to take some time to review". I called their customer service team and was told someone would call me back, but absolutely no further communication was made to me.

I have since moved on to MyWQN, http://www.mywqn.com, and I couldn't be happier! TrueRoots simply doesn't care about their new customers and that's fine by me; I ended up at the right place by choosing MyWQN anyway. Avoid the wait and promises of TrueRoots by checking out MyWQN instead.
