10/2/08- A man by the name of Eury contacted me regarding my friend applying for their services & advised that they would appoint an attorney to represent him in court for a maximum of $850.00 depending on how detailed the court case was. Eury also advised that he could be set up on a payment plan of $49.00 a month. I provided him w/ my credit card to pay the 1st month, $98.00 was deducted out of my account instead of $49.00 and now we are being told that if we don't pay $425.00 more immediately, they will not represent him in court, as previously promised. I spoke with Edward today regarding this issue, whom advised that they would not refund my $98.00, even though we were flat out lied too. This is a rip off & I feel that I have been scammed.
