when ordering flowers through ohio.com obituaries site. I was rerouted to bloom.com where I oredered flowers for a funeral to be delivered next day since that time I have been charged every month even after calling saying I never signed up and wanted this stopped immediatley. I feel very betrayed to have been taken advantage of in such a time of grief. As a result I will never order flowers online again.
this has been six months and they are still charging me monthly to date.

I agree. I found the same exact charge on my account and their helpline sends you through a long tirade about the benefits to frustrate you and make you hang up. When I finally got through, the phone either disconnected, or I got a person saying they can't hear me and to send a help ticket. How fraudulent!!!

I also ordered flowers on the website and was charged an additional $9.95 to my account without being notified. I don't recall signing up for the Rewards program. I actually called Blooms twice. On the second call, the Customer Service Representative was very rude. Blooms is very misleading with their statements as well as the information on the website. As of now, I've asked to be credited the $9.95 due to not officially signing up for the Rewards program and it has not been credited. I advise everyone that is interested in purchasing flowers, DO NOT ORDER FROM Bloom's due to the misleading website as well as the lack of customer satisfaction and service. The company is very fraudulent...
