| There is a Kmart Feedback site, that can be accessed by typing 'www.KmartFeedback.com', so technically there is no dishonesty involved. There is an entry to win a gift card for the amount specified on the receipt included with a completed survey there also. |

| I was in Kmart this morning trying to bye a phone that was in the curculer ..i was unable to do so becouse the item was not in stock sead manigment mr. Edie: never mind their was a similer item or phone their but the squee was different from sales item ...I asked for a raincheak and i was denied one by maninger eddie.. never mind in writing on the circuler say if custemer request a raincheak he is to give it...this is a dam sham that a store like kmart..dos bisness like that... No wonder we will all be going back to TARGET and Walmart for our holiday shopping!! At least they have honest merchandise receipts, so far. Shame on kmart, thats like cheating your customers and putting it in print! |

I just wanted to inform your respectful company during my experience with a customer representative. There was a product that I tried to purchase because it was advertising on the table as buy 1 and get 1 for 1/2 price. As I tried to purchase it, the cashier imform that it was not on sale. I told her about the price on the table but she did not seem willing to listen to me. Then, another cashier told her that it was the wrong price. Anyways, customer service is poor. They didn't seem helpful to try and check for the correct price. In other words, that was false advertisement for the product that I tried to purchase. Right now, I honestly prefer Walmart and Target if this is how your service will in the future. Please hire people that has professional customer service because I have 20 years of customer service and take it everywhere I go.

| I did find the feedback survey so it does exist. I also have had many frustrating trips to Kmart. Day after Thanks. went to buy advertised merch. and thought I found a better deal. After half hour in line was told it, and many others, were on the wrong shelf. Told assoc. what I was looking for, she took me to it, waited another half hour in line to find out that wasn't it either. She asked an assoc. to go get it so I could keep my place in line-- after 15 more min. he had not returned. I went to look again and neither he nor the item were to be found. Left empty handed almost 2 hours in the store. Miss my Ames!!! |

I found the feedback survey, but it surveys things that have nothing to do with K-Mart (or Sears, either, for that matter). I must warn everyone-----do NOT sign up for the items listed (the last part of the "survey"). I signed up for the "$1.00 plus $7.95 shipping charges, for some tiny SAMPLES of Mineral Element cosmetics. So far, I have been billed for over $180.00 in merchandise that I did not order, and have been returning unopened as received. They claim that by ordering the samples, they are justified in charging for other items, ordered or not! So DO be careful!
