Less than one minute before ordering a Nikon D300 ($799) online, I called to ask if it was in stock and was told they did have it. I immediately placed the order and received an email requesting that I call to "confirm my credit card information." I called and was asked if I needed any "accessories". I was informed that the camera did not come with a "battery and charger". The cost? $199 for the battery and $299 for the charger. Outrageous! I called a week later and was told the camera was on back order. The following week I emailed and called to their attention that their current ads said they had "limited quantities of the camera". No response. I called a third time two weeks after ordering the camera and it was "still on backorder." At that point I canceled the order.

I placed an order for a digital camera online and just called to check on the status of my order. When someone finally answered the phone, he said how can I f...ing help you? When I asked about the status of my order, he said we don'' have them right now and hang up in my face.
How unprofessional...they should change the name of their company to the camera unprofessionals!
Never buy from them. I'll just pay more and order it from a company that actually has it in stock and will ship it to you!
