I am Ravi Kiran, purchased 2 Fahrenheit T-Shirts at one of the branded stores “Sri Tirumala Fashions”, Malakpet, Hyderabad. To my surprise when I myself have washed them, one of the T-shirt got bubbling and the other T-shirt is absolutely fine (I have rinsed them at the same time), I did not use any brush to wash it and the color was also faded on shoulders and at front part for that particular shirt. I have bought those shirts for Rs.445/- each and they were not on discount sale, so I think I have right to escalate this issue to your attention for positive response.

This has really disappointed me even after opting for such a renowned brand. I have given the T-Shirt back to the Stores to pursue into the issue on 14th Jun’09 and their representative has collected it and sent to Bangalore office and the response was “cannot accept the complaint as there was bubbling”, this was explained to me by the distributor when I have called him. This response was very unsatisfactory as this shows how they care and don’t even bother to call the customer and taken the decision from their side. They dont care to value the customer words? I never had any issues with other brand T-shirts I used and never ever had an instance that I am writing such lengthy email to any manufacturer.

I also requested them to update their email IDs as the below are not valid. I merely wasted my time in reaching them by these IDs but I don’t know they are living in old days.
