I realized that since September 2009 I have been charged $14.95. I wrote my bank, since I live in Europe and my account in is the States. They finally found that it was a membership charge. I never agreed to it. I also was charged $10 + per month for several months for a special free postage deal. I had to cancel that but was never reimbursed. I suggest that since there are so many of us for one we boycott Proflowers and we should all write them to let them know they have a lost good customers. I will never use them again !
