EZBeauty has fradulently charged my checkcard for $87.62. Have never hear of them nor have I ordered any product. I have not lost my card. It is in my possession.

Just canceled my Wells Fargo checkcard. New card will arrive in 7-10 business days. Claim documents have to be mailed and will be sent in two business days.

Today is Saturday. If I chose to not replace the card, I would have waited until next Tuesday for the Fed Reserve to catch up on all their bookkeeping.

Will now need to file claim with my identify theft program. Someone find out who is doing this and I'll be first in line to support their prosecution. Enough already!

same thing with my account, same amount on 10/23/09... thanks to by bank, they blocked the transaction, but I have to stop EZBEAUTY to charge my account before the bank will remove block from my card. This is thier second attempt. First one was on 10/16/09.

Same thing happened to me. 10/25/09 for EZbeauty. I have to go to the bank to take the next step. Glad its the week end. and the transaction is still pending. I did order the trial dazzle white, . did not say they would take it out of my accout for $87.62.

I purchased 2 wedding photos from the wedding photographer - legitimate website - but my details were instantly hacked and used to 'purchase' a product from EZBEAUTY for £53. Luckily HSBC stopped the transaction!! My card has now been cancelled (inconvenient) and I have to wait 8 working days for a replacement (even more inconvenient). I am about to email the photographer to tell him his website has been compromised.

Same thing just happened to me (10/29) and I called the number on my statement. Happens to be associated with "Dazzle smile." A teeth whitening product. You submit your information to get a "free trial" and you have the "option" to purchase other products. Apparently the agreement in the fine print is, that if you don't cancel after the trial period, they bill your account. I just got off the phone with the representative and told them I hadn't authorized anyone to charge me beyond the trial period. She said that they would refund the $$ after I've sent the used or unused tube back to them. Did I curse?? You bet I did. I'm getting a new card too. BS!

Same charge happened to me today I am in Colorado, called my bank and it still shows as a pending transactions, so they can not anything until it is finally posted. At least I was able to cancell my card.

That same thing just happened to me! I live in Oregon and I ordered the dazzle smile teeth whitening product also. They also charged me for going to a health clinic that I never went to.
