This place is the WORST. Lost our car key. We had to rent a car to retrieve our spare key. They show no remorse and are being difficult in reimbursing us.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! EVERYONE who was there waited over two hours for them to FIND their cars. They finally found mine but couldn't find the keys to the car that was blocking it. When I did get the car, molding was removed from the window and one side was scratched. It seemed like a specific item that was needed for another Lexus and that it had been removed ... STOLEN! We called the police for an official report just in case the company did not follow through on what looked like a bogus complaint/report. The manager would not give me and others a cash receipt which says they are probably pocketing cash. AND the attendants scattered when the cops came. I'm assuming they have absolutely NO business being entrusted with the keys to cars. I agree, they were very nonchalant and rude. The manager took my receipt showing I made partial payment online. He didn't give it back and told my sister he threw it away, picked up the trash can and told her to get it out herself. RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY! They should be closed immediately.

I agree, never park here. We got quoted a price of 80 dollars for our stay and when we showed up to pick it up they wanted to charge us 120 cause we didnt have a printout of the reservation. We had all the reservation numbers, I showed him the email on my iphone, and he refused. We tried to argue and he just put on an attitude and said "Okay, fine, now its 150", like he was just going to muscle us into giving up. I had to walk down the highway to a hotel and pay to use their computer to printout the email, just so our price wouldnt get doubled. Do not go here, its not worth it.
