I found this web site and thought I would take a chance since it was only $1.97 cost for the CD that I never got.

The next thing I know is that they deducted $ 64.43 from my account without authorization from me. I cannot afford this deduction, but it did not overdraw my account.

Now I do not know if they will continue to deduct more money from my account and how I can put a stop to this. Any suggestions?

Apparently this company has been charging me for two months now. I have been traveling and hadn't seen my bank statements. I never received a CD from them, I have cancelled their services via phone but they continued to charge me. I have disputed the charges with my bank. Regardless of weather I get my money back or not, I am going to take a legal action and formally complain to the BBB. It is unimaginable that companies would scam people even in these times of financial hardship. I am writing an article on them as well on a local paper.
