took 9days to get the product, website said 30day trial but my reciept said 14day trial, charged me full price-$84.00-for trial size, charged me b4 trial was over/they start the trial time from the date they take ur order, and the customed service rep i spoke with, JERROD, was extremly rude! ripoff!
