This is by far the worst place to order from. Spoke with a rep that hung up after I questioned the shipping policy. Ended up speaking with a supervisor who argued that something was posted on the shipping page that wasn't there. I'll NEVER purchase anything from them online or store. I can't stand poor customer service. Shipping dates aren't able to be provided definitively. One person told me one story, second person said nothing remotely to what the 1st person said and supervisor was EXTREMELY rude. After asking about what concessions are made for customers due to their neglect of proper shipping information, supervisor said "none". Second customer service rep hung up after I asked her the same question. Before, 2nd rep hung up, she stated that they would refund my money. I'm returning to Sephora, more money but FAR BETTER customer services.
Scammed by EyesLipsFace!
Purchased some skin care products from EyesLipsFace and after I paid I got all the confirmations and even a tracking number. When I wanted to track my order I found out that the tracking number they gave me was invalid. I tried to contact EyesLipsFace customer service to get some information regarding my order status but they did not reply.
I've placed my order over two months ago and was supposed to get it already, but nothing showed up yet. This EyesLipsFace seems like a scam, I would not recommend them to anyone!
I never received my order and lost my money
I placed my order and noticed that I accidentally made a mistake in my address, so I contacted EyesLipsFace customer service and told them about what happened. They promised to correct the mistake but did nothing at all and my order was shipped to the wrong place! Weeks later I contacted EyesLipsFace again and asked about my order and found out that they never changed my address. Then I asked for a refund but they refused and said that it was not possible since my order was already shipped. Terrible company! I never received my order and lost my money.

Rude seller, who hasn't put all items in the order
I will never again buy from the company www.eyeslipsface.com. I have ordered natural hair products and some of cosmetics, but the company didn’t provide the full order. The hair products were missing as well as there was no one item more. The seller told me that the order was full, and he refused to check any information or details. The rep started to speak in high words with me and was so unpleasant.
They sold my personal info to third parties
People, avoid the company www.eyeslipsface.com at all costs. I ordered from them and received the order, there weren’t any problem. However, these guys sold my personal info and card details to one website, which started to send different magazines to me. I contacted the website and they told me how they received the information about me. Be aware and don’t buy from these dishonest guys.
