I had this exact experience. No way to get a refund, this site is a huge rip off.

I bought the free trial, and yes you are correct. I 'v tried calling immediately before the 15 days. I called the phone number for days and I got nothing but a signal or a disconnect. I kept calling for days and weeks. No email address to respond to the customer service dept.. until I finally got through with a recorder to hold. I waited for 4 hours, until finally a real voice. I explained to the customer that I had tried for several days, weeks and that I was on hold for over 4 hours, and all he said was did you read the terms and conditions. I told him I was not stupid. I read the terms and conditions it was their phone service. How can you cancel when you can't get through. All he had to say is that I had to pay for the 2 trial bottles and the 2nd shipment they will be able to give a refund. Clearly the terms and conditions states you need an RMA in order to get your money back!!!
We need to report this company and have them shut them down!!! any advice would be grateful!!!

started to order 2 times, and the 2nd time I decided to see what rip off reports were saying and I'm glad I did. If the product is not in a store I will not be buying. So all those people tht are saying they lost so much weight, they must be on the pay roll of the company.

"Extreme Acai Berry Conclusion

Do I seriously need to even conclude on this crap? These guys give diet supplement companies a bad name. $90 for Acai Berry is ridiculous and unjustifiable. Toss in the fact that they auto-bill and ship you a product that is unreturnable?? That is theft. Do Not Buy Extreme Acai Berry. "

I'm so glad I read the terms...it's really small and most people don't see it. My sister, and one of my friends had so much trouble...Two of my friends had to cancel their credit cards, and one of them is receiving calls from a collection company. My friend was crying and told me that she may have ruined her credit over a free trial of Acai Berry. My sister refused to cancel her credit card because she has a lot of monthly bills that are charged to her account. She has been billed for hoodia water, health scams and all kinds of other things that she never ordered! Also when you order your free trial be aware that the start date of your one month free trial starts the moment you order the trial...not when you receive it. Also check your credit card statement daily. You may be billed for all kinds of things. I got as far as putting my address and phone number in and sending it, but cancelled when I read the terms. I have been receiving calls from India trying to talk me into buying Acai Berry...Something is very wrong with this company and people need to know. BUYER BEWARE!!! Is there anybody out there that knows how to report a scam????? I know that their company has covered their ass whith the terms that are listed, but if you can't get through to cancel this should be a justified scam. ANY IDEAS??????

>> So all those people tht are saying they lost so much weight, they must be on the pay roll of the company.

the testimonials are all fake and made up, you know how sometimes they will have a testimonial from someone who just happens to be from your same town, well if you use a proxy, the hometown name they insert into the sentence will just show up as blank "Hi I'm Julie from _____ and I just wanted to say I lost 56 lbs with your acai berry plus!"

it isnt necessary for a testimonial to be real at all.. if there is one thing good about all this acai berry stuff, at least maybe people will start telling their kids again "ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT" and "IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS! EVEN IF ITS OPRAH PROMOTING IT!!"

I too was taken in by the slick advertising on the web pages. I also was charged for aan automatic delivery and have yet to recieve the trial product or the monthly shipment my credit card was charged for. I think I am farily intelligent but still was scamed. To top it off this same product can be bought for less than $10.00 in mist drug stores.
This people should be in jail!

Hi, we live in Uruguay, South America, and we were caught in this too. My friend does not speak English; their glamorous add was in Spanish (so she was attracted to buy the product) but all terms and conditions of the purchase were in English, so she fell for this scam. Remember to google any product or company before buying anything on line, it just takes a minute and can save you a lot of time and money...
Good luck,
Alejandro
