Here we go again...after 5 phone calls in a week, they say they never received my doctor's fax, even though I am holding the confirmation. "We have no record of receipt"...HA! It doesn't matter if you order by fax, phone, online or mail, their response is always the same. "We will contact your doctor"...HA! This company is short on employees because they fire or can't keep them due to abuse. "Thousands of faxes come in daily"...HA! Of course they do and so you should have someone in charge of delivering them to the right dept. when they are sent. "You can pick up your medicines for a 1 month supply"...HA! Why pay more and keep having to go back monthly when you have good insurance and are following the guidelines set by your insurance company? HA!...The reason why is because Express Scripts saves a lot of money by not having to fill your prescriptions. PLEASE...EVERYONE file a report to the FTC like I did. The government will investigate your claim and make Express Scripts fulfill their obligations.
Once again, I have given them 3 weeks before running out of my medicine, only to get delayed due to their incompetence. Once again, I WILL run out of insulin and blood pressure medicine. My blood pressure hits the roof every time I have to call them. I always dread trying to get my medicine and this has been going on for over 5 years. They have never sent my prescriptions without having problems. They can never find orders. Please fill out the form to the address above!

Have been told that my doctors office lied and never faxed new prescription several times, actually it was Express Scripts doing the lying. The most laughable thing happened today, I received a letter saying that they could not refill my prescription, as my quota for the year was met, I was holding the new prescription in my hand that they had just sent me, this company does not no its -ss from a hole in the ground!

I hear you about Express Scipts! I have had my share of problems with them.
