This is the 5th bad review I have left today about this company. I searched "Express Credit Auto Reviews " in my google search box and have found SO many complaints it is hard to believe they still have a business. Their business is making money, nothing else. I am not going to type out our whole situation again but trust me if you want to know if you should buy from this company just search reviews. Their customer service department is NOT willing to help anyone EVER! No matter what your situation. If you can make EVERY payment on time every month and never be late or anything than go right ahead. For 5 years that has been me and my husband, NEVER late. This situation is out of our hands military pay issue and they were nothing but hateful. They were no joke just plain MEAN. At one point we called the Vice President of the company to ask him why we were being treated this way and we could hear the representative we have perviously talked to cussing about us in the back ground. If you feel like you deserve respect and consideration from people please do not go here for that.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had a 2005 Nissan Altima through them. I got in a wreck that was not my fault. Two cars hit me from behind and totaled my vehicle. They over charged me for the car so $2000 was left over after insurance paid on it. In order to have that forgiven I had to get another vehicle through them. I do not have $2000 just laying around. Anyway, I got a 2005 cobalt I do not like cobalts but they forced me into it saying it was all I could get. So I bought it. They over charged by $6500 and its falling apart. I just got it two months ago. The ignition is going out. It will randomly die. The front end is about fall out and even though there is nothing wrong with my brakes it will randomly not want to stop. Its dangerous. Do not ever go here to get a car. You will get screwed over. BIG TIME!
This whole farce is nothing but a big bold face lie. I personally decided to check this out to see what it was about. They had us wait 3 hours, only had two (2) autos out of thirty (30) on their lot pricded at $0.99 cents all others you were required to pay at least $500m dollars down to obtain financing. The auto tested (was only worth $1500 dollars at the most) was to be sold at $11, 000 and by the time it was paid for you would be paying $25, 000 for an auto worth only approximately $1, 500 to begin with. STEER AWAY FROM THIS FARCE !
"My call is now first in line...thank you for your patience"...I've been hearing this now for 43 minutes! I just want to make my car payment over the phone. ECA = horrible experience. God grant me the patience to pay this loan off!

yes money is tight..and the car broke down..so express is where i thought i wanted a car.. Wow was i wrong...ive only had the car 3 montjs already the brakes are squeaking..noises coming from under the car...door locks work half the time..cruise control doesnt work..cant wait to see what happens next..will they help me? No...just write a complaint and maybe the owner will read it...fat chance!
Yes I agree with Melandjon that was an incredibly harsh comment made. Intellex58 I am going to assume that you work for Express Credit Auto. Chances are you have the intelligence of a car salesman who was at the time of writing this happily employed at such a brainless job. Not to mention you are probably living with your parents or a roommate and have yet to discover what "all" the real world has to offer. Well get ready smarty you are in for a "helluva" roller-coaster ride. That is if you, intellex58 are truly able to hack it. Some ego driven brain-dead idiots such as yourself sure have a tendency to live their lives condemning others problems as their stupidity only to mask their own wasting away day after day gaining nothing in life.

Wow thats a harsh comment. The way I see it they paid on time for a long time and the car company should see that and give them a date they can botj agree on with a late fee. I dont think a good business who claims to want to help people sould look at their loyal costumers and say hey, theyll pay. Give them a chance. I know its not a charity but come on...a good business knows how to work with people in order to keep people coming.
If you can’t make every payment on time, then you should have never accepted the loan. Just another deadbeat whining about an obligation they failed to meet. I bet they held up their end and the money was there for the car, but now comes your end and they should look the other way because of what? Your problems are exactly that your problems not theirs.

All businesses are about making money, which is why they are a business. If they don’t want to make money they would be called a charity.
