Horrible experiencia, ayer visite la tienda por segunda vez con mi esposo y mis hijos y sientes como si los trabajadores te estuvieran vigilando hay alrededor de 6 personas vigilando a cada visitante que esta dentro de la tienda yo me sentí super mal como si estuviera acorralada, la tienda como tal es pequeña pero tiene varios artículos para el hogar y accesorios bien bonitos pero creanme el personal te vigila y te sientes vigilado por ellos, cuando llegue a pagar lo que había seleccionado para comprar se lo comente al cajero argentino que había alli y una de las empleadas también argentina en muy mala forma me dijo que ellos solo miraban a los clientes porque si hay niños eso alli no era un play groung cuando mis hijos no se habían ni movido de mi lado es incrible la mala educación de ciertas personas y trabajadora de alli que no estan supuestos a tratar mal a los clientes, pero para suerte mía en el momento en que la déspota empleada me decía todo eso se acerca un señor también cliente que estaba visitando la tienda con su esposa y dice lo mismo que se sentía acosado por los trabajadores y vigilado porque estaban detrás de el todo el tiempo y así fue literalmente no les miento ellos estan vigilando a todos los clientes no se por que lo hacen pero es así yo personalmente no vuelvo mas a la tienda lo siento Kikland es una tienda de decoración la cual tiene mas variedad mejor precio y no vigilan a nadie, gracias y espero que si hay alguien con el mismo sentir mío no se callen diganlo para que todos lo sepan, bendiciones

I walked to the store around first days of April 2016. My wife bought a 2 set of shower curtains . We put one of them as soon as we got home. Next day in the morning we notice a red spot in the bathtub. My wife pack the curtain and went to the store in the afternoon to returned the product . Unfortunate she didn't have the receipt but the product had the barcodes that it can be look in the system to process the credit. We showed them the pictures still they refuse to help us. My wife said that we will take a store credit. We understand that they need to follow a procedure but what they didn't have was a good customer service. We tried to speak with the manager but she was unreachable. Someone took the call of my husband said she was the manager but we suspect it was not true. My complaint is that store
" EXPO" Home Decoration Center located at 8293 W Flagler St Miami FL 33144 do not treat the client with care. They must know that some of their products are low quality but what they care is only about their sales not the customer satisfaction.
