Dear Mr. Adams

I'm sorry you feel this way. Companies like ours that do business on the internet are unfortunately subject to scammers. That is a fact of life that will not change. That is why we constantly block IP address access to our website and why we warn customers to beware of inquiries that look like they are too good to be true.

As to your other assertions, you are advertised on numerous websites. You know that is true because we emailed you 6 links to other websites showing your bike's ad. You say you have had zero inquiries on the bike. All we promise is to advertise. You asked us to repost your ad on 6/15/2009. we did that and since that date you have had 65 page views on Expert Autos alone. That doesn't count your other web ads. We can only advertise and get people to view your bike. We cannot make people call you if they view the bike and are not interested.

Should you have any questions I can be reached at 702-893-7073.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. So much so, that they change their name every now and then when people start figuring it out. I listed a vehicle with a little company known as "'Sell It Now Motors". I was promised that if I paid this $250 upfront "advertising fee", they would post my vehicle on their site, and that if it did not sell in 90 days, I would be eligible for their "90 Day Money Back Guaruntee". They did post my ad, but it did not sell in 90 days. I believe I received 1 legitimate inquiry about it, but the rest were all internet scams like you have mentioned. I followed all the procedures in the fine print for the money back guarantee, and was even sent a letter stating: "We have received your request for a refund and it has been approved. You will receive a check in the mail within 30-45 days." Well, no check. I emailed customer service and received the following response: "We sincerely apologize for the delay. We have had a couple of issues with our system recently. Your refund will be issued within the next two weeks. Thank You, Customer Service, Sell It Now Motors" Two weeks later, still no check. I emailed again on 2/3/09 and received a "Delivery Failure" notification. At that point, the phone number I had for them no longer worked either -- although no one ever answered or returned messages anyway.

This all happened several months ago, and just YESTERDAY (7/9/9), I received a phone call from a lady stating that she had seen my vehicle advertised on...you guessed it..."Expert Autos". I googled the site and found that it is the EXACT same setup as "Sell It Now Motors". Same prices, same empty promises. I also saw another scam report listing "Expert Autos out of Las Vegas." Sell It Now Motors was also operating out of Las Vegas. I just tried to call the number listed above in the response for "Mark M." (Love how they don't give full names. It's "Mark McKowski", by the way.) Of course, he did not answer. We'll see if he returns my call, but I won't be holding by breath.

I'm not sure what you can do with a group of scammers that are beating the system by completely changing the name of the "company" every time people start to catch on to their scam. But if there is something that can be done, I am all for it! I would highly encourage you NOT to remove your complaint. It's popping up pretty high on google search, and that's the best way for people to realize it's a scam.

If anyone out there has legitimate complaint's about expertautos.com please contact me My E-Mail is loudee0510@aol.com or call me at 918-787-6633 maybe we can join force's and bring a class action lawsuit against this joke of a company, and if you are thinking about advertising with them beware do research and then advertise at your OWN RISK, AND TRUST ME IT WILL BE RISKY, I WOULD SUGGEST autotrader, craigslist, ebay, anyone other than expertautos. not only will expertautos lie to you about there credit rating, but they also may tell you they advertise on network tv, well that is what they say but i am disabled and watch alot of tv so i know they dont advertise in all the places they say, come to find out if they do advertise on tv they do so on channels like the golf channel. that is not confirmed but even if they do that is not what i call or consider a very good place to advertise for this kind of business. there credit rating is an F due to operating without a liscense, I urge anyone with a legitimate complaint to file your complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! people like this should not be aloud to operate in my opinion with or without a liscense they will tell you anything to get your money and YES THAT MEANS THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH! and if you still choose to advertise with them that is fine by me but when you start getting scam letter's by the DOZEN be careful because if you tell the truth in your ad they will make it where you can not access your account directly, and they will edit the ad you paid for without talking to you first these are fact's.!!!

If you did business with Sell It Now Motors I would suggest you follow up with their parent company EForce Media located in Santa Monica CA. Their phone number is 310-499-9905. They owned Sell It Now Motors from June of 2008 until SIN was closed by EForce on 12/31/2008. That probably explains your messages not returned etc. In this business everyone knows what the competition is doing, which is why I can give this info re: SIN.

You state that both SIN and Recycler Publishing Network, home of Expert Autos are both located in Las Vegas. That's correct as well as three other companies that are in the same business.

I would be more than happy to speak with you, but it would be difficult to call you back since you did not leave a message on my phone (702-893-7073).

We are not, nor have we ever been a part of Sell It Now Motors. We have been in business since January of 2009. In the past 7 months we have had a total of 2 complaint filed against us with the BBB, both of which have been resolved in our favor.

I would suggest you call the Clark County Business License Bureau at 800-328-4813 or 702-455-4252. If you do you will find that Recycler Publishing Network has a valid business license, number 2000526.016.

It is the same company with the same owner Jeffrey Schwartz and yes same office space. They only tell people lies and yes they are one in the same quote from the owner who is the same owner of sellitnowmotors.com Jeffrey Schwartz stated, "We`re excited to launch this new network of websites.
It`s a very cutting edge business model with new user-enhanced software. We are
already getting positive feedback from customers, as our contact center has
already staffed up with sales reps working on our behalf."

Just because you repeat something over and over doesn't make it true. Recycler Publishing Network is not, nor has it ever been Sell It Now Motors.

Again, if you have an issue with SIN I suggest you contact their former parent company EForce Media. They can be reached at 310-499-9905.

Jeffrey Schwartz resigned as CEO of eForce Media on October 1, 2008. If you look at the website for the Secretary of State in Nevada, the resignation is reflected in the list of officers for eForce.

Mark,

I just spoke with one of your representatives today with regards to placing my HD cycle on your site for $229. I had received a call from this person about a year ago after I listed it on chopperexchange.

You state the following:

We have been in business since January of 2009. In the past 7 months we have had a total of 2 complaint filed against us with the BBB, both of which have been resolved in our favor.

Mark M.

So my question is, if you have only been in business for 7 months how did the name, number of the person that called a year ago still work for the same offering to list my bike? My wife as crazy as she is saved the message from then, in which I followed up from, but this totally conflicts with your statement of only being in business for the last 7 months. It all sounded good when I spoke to the person, but I am certainly glad I did some research before giving my credit card info.

Not sure if I understand your question, but I'll try to clarify. When we opened for business in January, we hired salespeople who had previously worked for other companies here in Las Vegas, who do the same type of advertising as we currently do. We hired people from two companies who went out of business in 2008 and some people from the three other companies in town who are still in business.

My guess, if you have a HD that was on chopperexchange, you dealt with Tom, who is one of our independent reps who works from home. Tom previously worked for one of the now defunct companies.

I hope that helps clarify why you might be dealing with a salesperson who was doing this last year.

Hey Mark M.

Why don't you go S a D, buddy! One of your sales associates just wasted 2 minutes of my time to try to get me to pay him to sell my muscle car

Here is my advice to everybody. Advertise your vehicle on free websites yourself. You get basically the same results as you would if you pay these guys $229 to put it on strange websites. Most serious buyers check out craigslist or e-bay first anyway, because they know that everything is legit.

ps It is perfectly clear by reading these complaints that the legitimacy and missions of this guy's businesses are questionable at best. Don't waste your hard earned money on anything that is this sketchy... Using "Mark M" as a signature is a great example of the non-transparent nature of these businesses.

Despite the fact that you start your post with a juvenile request I will answer.

If you wish to put your ad on Craigslist, by all means do so. You're constrained geographically, but it doesn't cost money to waste your time waiting for your car to sell. People who search Craigslist are always looking for something for nothing. They aren't serious buyers, but are looking to trade etc.

Too bad you didn't list with us. We had someone list 10 muscle cars with us a couple of weeks ago, and they've sold two already.

Is there a problem with Mark M. ? My phone number is out there for anyone who wants to contact me.

I have sold lots of things on craigslist. Including a vehicle, a camper, and a karaoke machine. I have 3 other vehicles up for sale on craigs list, and though I do get scam emails for them, I know which are legit and which aren't. I will admit I am stupid, though. I got a call from a woman named Lesley from Expert Autos. I had recieved other calls from similar companies all wanting $400 or more. This lovely Lesley who called me tells me she can sell it for just $229. I acted interested, but I really didn't have $229 at the time. She told me I was low-balling the price of my vehicle on craigslist and she could sell it for more. She said that Expert Autos gives financing to ANYONE despite their credit for only $500 down. So these "poor people with bad credit will do ANYTHING including pay more for a vehicle than it's worth just to get financing"... WELL LESLEY... I am one of those POOR PEOPLE you are talking about. I have bad credit (only due to an identity theft by my ex boyfriend 5 years ago, and by no fault of my own). I can't get a loan. I explained to her that I was one of those poor people and I could not afford to pay $229 to have her sell my car, and that I just had a new baby and that my husband was out of work. I explained that the reason I was selling my vehicle was because I could not afford to make payments on it only bringing in $520 a month. So she lowered the price to $129. I bit when she gave me that price. I borrowed the money from my mom promising to pay her back when my vehicle sold for the price I had it listed. Well, it has been a month since I listed it with Expert Autos. I called her after the 1st week because I couldn't find my vehicle even on Expert Autos when I did a search. The only way I found it was by signing in and viewing it. I have gotten only 1 scam hit on my vehicle... no legit ones. And I swear to Pete, Lesley... if you call me sweetie the next time I call I'm going to VOMIT! I got taken. She said that my listing was there and I had recieved 15 hits on it already... well... THOSE HITS WERE PROBABLY ME CHECKING MY AD! DUMB DUMB DUMB!!! Yep... that is me! DUMB! And I really am not one to fall for these things. But when you are poor, you are desperate. So now, my 12 week old daughter is about to starve because all of my money has to go to my payments for my vehicle that is NOT selling AT ALL! And as for listing it on major search engines? I have searched for it many many many times and she said it is on Lycos... UMMM NO! IT ISNT! She said I must be typing in the wrong thing or spelling it wrong... I am a spelling champion, and I think I would know how to spell the make and model of my own vehicle. I'm not that dumb! When I went back to check if my ad came up when I searched after talking to Lesley it was the first one on there, as if she hurried up and listed it as we were on the phone. I have a right to know how many vehicles were sold by Expert Autos. It is public info and required by law that all business disclose this type of information, as well as the number and types of complaints. As for Mark M... If your precious company was ANY good at all you would want to disclose how many happy customers you have. You don't have to say names, but give researchable numbers at least to how many sales the company has made since the opening in January 2009. I plan on calling Lesley tomorrow and demanding my money back and removing my ad. If she doesn't give me my money back I will find her and meet with her in person with my Lawyer. Because unlike Expert Autos, Prepaid Legal is a legit and lovely company to have at hand. I'd love to take a trip to Las Vegas for a second honeymoon with my hubby! I want my money back and I will go to any length to get it. ANY LENGTH. Even spend money on gas to get to Las Vegas. I hope no one else pays for this, though I know they will. You are all crooks, Expert Autos Associates! How could you steal from the poor to line your pockets? Steal from a woman who has a brand new baby that she needs to provide for? SICK SICK SICK. Feel free to email me. Maybe we CAN all get something going to sue their butts! My email address is therin_acean@yahoo.com and my name is Joy. Just put Sue Expert Autos in the subject line. Thanks folks for reading this, and I really hope I get a response from Mr Mark M... LOL! Wouldn't that be nice?
