For 2 months I have been battling with Excuss & an Insurance claim that originated from damages to furniture & other items moved by them. They arrived 3 days late to collect my things, and communication has been non-existing. They do not return calls, threaten and just deliver a bad experience. According to the Insurance company Excuss does have Insurance but no claim has been submitted, according to excuxx they have submitted it but refuse to give details. Do not make use of this company.

2 months now without hearing anything from Excuss logistics. Broken furniture and glass table never arrived at this new address. After several calls still no answers or replacements.

I would definitely not recommend this company. Waited 6 days before they actually arrived. Lying about where our furniture is. Horrible experience. Quote moved up from R37000 to R55000 after furniture was loaded. Moses or Washington never contacted us again!
