We bought 1 week in Feb. of 07 ONLY with the stipulation that they would exchange our 2 weeks in Mazatlan for the one week at Shell. The exchange was never completed - we paid $20, 000 for our one week but they continued to charge us maintenance from Mazatlan. It is now two years and they want us to pay up another year of maintenance fees to finish the exchange. We already paid for all of /07 and they exchange one week. Now they want all of '08 to exchange the other week. We could have used Mazatlan for two years if we knew they hadn't completed the exchange. We also have paid all MF's for Shell for 2 years. This outfit is as crooked as they come. If I could get my $20K back I would resign it. They stink!!!
