I signed up for a trial of these 2 companies for teeth whitening. Though I knew I could cancel within 30 days, I unfortunately had an infection that diverted my attention. Thus, a second round of products and charges were mailed to me. I looked at my credit card statement today and I had 8 charges on it, each with a foreign transaction fee. Here are the charges after the initial trial fee - $48.92, $59.95, $79.28, $87.62, $64.90 and $48.92. The companies listed are VP/ILIFECSMILE88857269 UK, BEUTYCLUB, WELLBHEALTH, ULTIFRESHWELL, PRISTINEHLTH. I have spent the past 3 hours tracking down these people and have made at least 10 phone calls. Most of the numbers listed on my credit card statement are disconnected or always busy. I have yet to locate the first 2 companies listed. The WELLBHEALTH is the Dazzle White Trays. The last 2 are for Dazzle Smile (the small silver tubes).
Where do I go to report these people? How do I locate the first company?

| you need to cancel your card they will keep taking your money this happened to me you will never get your money back as they say u agreed to their terms and conditions when you signed up they then pass ur detail sorry sell your details onto other companies u will not be able to contact them as they move prmises all the time good luck |

I have been on the phone with this company most of the afternoon. I never received there product but they charged my account $87.62. They are suppose to refund my money in 5-10 days we'll see. ULTIFRESHWELL CHARGED MY CARD AND THE PHONE NUMBER ON IT 1-866-948-5508 DISCONNECTED. I REACHED THEM TODAY AT 1-866-528-6214 GOOD LUCK

| I also got conned, I am in Australia, and the dazzle white free trial was supposedly by a woman in our suburb. I agreed to pay a reduced postage of about $2, but then when it went through, it was $13 because it was an American company, then I had nearly $100 taken out by improvehealth, who I had not heard of, I contacted my bank, but before I could get in to cancel my card, they had taken another $96, this time beutyclub who I had authorised only the initial $13. i was also charged to exchange AUD to USD. The only thing I have received was a tiny tube of dazzle white, should have gone to the dentist, wouldn't have cost much more, but at least they can not get anything else, I cancelled my card. |

Why is there an ad here for the single mum who found the teeth whitening trial offer that works wonders ??? is'nt this the same crew of con men who are ripping us off.????
Please let me know if I am wrong .The woman in the ad looks like the same ad I respnded to and got ripped off, what is going on. I am still smarting from the experience .I have reported it to Fraud Dept for Master Card today.I have just found your site and it looked really encouraging. Is anyone checking the ads, they should be. |

Don't feel bad if you were scammed. It's a superbly constructed con and many people (including me) got hooked. I was able to contact the scam companies and supposedly cancelled any future charges ( same as everyone else: 97.00+ from at least two different companies...four charges in barely 6 weeks), but thieves and liars like this cannot be trusted. I immediately phoned my credit card provider and cancelled my card.
As of this minute those frauds cannot place another charge on my account. I'll receive a new card with a different number in a week or so; a minor inconvenience. I always prided myself on my ability to avoid internet scams and frauds and have certainly been taken down a peg, to the tune of at least $400.+. It'll never happen again.
My advice to others who were caught: CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY!!! LIKE RIGHT NOW!!They cannot place any more charges as soon as you close that account. |

I got scammed by DazzleSmilePro and CleanWhites... but I have Bank of America. I have submited FRAUD CLAIMS against them; BoA initially credits my account, then two months later reverses the credit. They're IDIOTS! and need to learn how to investigate scams... hell HIRE ME! (I'm unemployed and tired of relying on BoA providing adequate customer service).
BTW there is a news article of the *real* DazzleSmile company SUING MICROSOFT, GOOGLE AND YAHOO about infringment etc... proving further that DazzleWhite Pro, ClearWhite, LucentWhites are ALL SCAMS!!!

I was going to order this product on line but after reading about the hassle, I deleted my info. and thought that would be it, but the next day I got a call from smilebrite and was told I could receive a sample for $1.95 and that nothing else would be charged to my account unless I called back to order more. I was told that even if I decided not to order to please call back and let them know why. They also told me about an entertainment discount club and that for $1.00 they will send me a $25 gift card and that after 14 days if I wasn't interested in the club I could call and cancel, but but could keep the gift card. It's been 14 days and I haven't received anything?? |

Hi there, I am in the UK and like many of you I feel so bad and violated for the way I was scammed….3 weeks b4 Christmas and no money to celebrate….cheers
They took over £300 from my account mostly payments of £55 and so on at a time. In one day they managed to take £158.76 from my account. So far they have used 7 different names.
I cancelled the card but not sure if i need to close account all together. My bank was not the most helpful at all..every time I called I got different advice.
They should have advised me to immediately cancel my card...I feel so stupid...
A lesson learnt...a very expensive one |

| You are so wrong!!! Your customer service department is a total joke and it sucks!!! They are rude and not willing to help you in any way. I just got off the phone with the same complaint everyone else is experiencing. I was told I could get a refund on both products sent to me. I was given a cancellation number and sent an email with instructions on how to return. I did exactly as it stated. After waiting over a month, and no refund, I called. I was then told whoever told me I could be refunded for both products was wrong. I was told I could not get a refund on the initial "free" trial, and that they had processed the refund for the second $87.62 charged to my account on 11/23. It is now 12/22, and guess what??? NO REFUND posted as of today. When I told her this, she said there was nothing else they could do, that I had to contact my credit card company. This is total bull! What kind of customer service is that??? If you had truely processed the refund, your company should follow through and find out why I have not received it. That would be good customer service. Take a look at all the complaints written, this can't be a fluke...you guys are frauds and should be shut down. You sound ridiculous claiming to want to help customers!! |

| This has happened to me too. I ordered dazzle smile and every month they have been trying to take over $100 out of my account luckily i cancelled my card after the initial free trial payment but they still keep trying to take money out in various different company names. I have no contact numbers for them and the website no longer exist. Luckily i only got ripped off for the trial but i think that something needs to be done to stop these scam artists from ripping of more innocent people. I would also like to know who this so called mum is that found out this FANTASTIC SECRET!! |
