purchased watch on july 23 2008 and have had numerous emails with countless ticket numbers but no tracking numbers. Every email is automated saying that within 1 business working day my tracking number will be sent. Obviously their working day is alot longer than mine. Absolute scam. How can they be stopped?

I too ordered a replica Rolex watch from ths company...I have never received it. They took £76.08GBP from my credit card two months after I ordered the watch! They have commited fraud. The police have been informed and also my bank have been informed... am told that investigations will go to this company through an organization called Ofcom Internet Services. They have the powers to close their web site and bring charges of fraud against this so called scamming company which is done by their local police authority. Their IP address has been recorded and is now on file for this investigation to take place. I checked their web site today (17th August 2008) and their web site was no longer available. So...what prevents them from starting up another scamming business under a different name? Simple, because their IP address has been recorded and filed, they cannot start another business from the same computer they started that one from! So buyers beware...dont be fooled by this company...remember...if it sounds to good to be true...then it is most likely a scam...these people are pure idiots who must have been raised by parents who are the same...idiots and total scum.

Overall, we strive to provide the best possible customer service. We are not scammers, fraudsters, or crooks: and despite these allegations we will continue to improve our business practices until we reach 100% consumer satisfaction.

Each inquiry on this site will receive an email from exactserve@hushmail.com. If you currently face issues resolving an open account with our company please feel free to contact us via the above address. Thank you for your patience in dealing with these unfortunate matters.

this company is a total scam. I ordered a watch back in June and have contacted CS several times about non-delivery of my merchandise and still to date, five months, no watch. This addres doesn't even work exactserve@hushmail.com. So much for sincerity.

Royal
