Evil Controllers Paid for controller/ never received

This seems to be common business practice with Evil controllers. Evil controllers has broke my 13 year old sons heart for Christmas the only thing he asked was for a controller from them so my wife and I paid $139, which is a lot of money for us, were not rich people, needless to say there wasn't much money for other gifts for him when the controller never arrived! He still jumps up and runs to the front window when he here's a ups truck drive by our home and to see his face when it drives right by. These owners Adam and Jonah Coe should feel honored when a child's only Christmas wish is the product they advertise and claim to stand behind, and should feel pretty rotten for ruining a lot if children's Christmas's because they are thieves. Their business profile says they profit 5-10 million dollars annually they seem to do it by advertising their one of a kind controllers and receiving funds and never sending a product. My receipt number from them is [protected] for $139 I paid on 12/22/14 they retrieved funds 12/23/14, which I've verified through my bank. Someone from their company sent me an email 1/7/15 stating they were behind from Xmas but the item would ship no later than 1/9/15 with upgraded shipping status. We never received the controller and it is impossible to reach anyone at their listed company telephone number, no one responds to email inquiries, I've made several attempts. Their company address is 2050 east 5th st.

I am going to be traveling to this address to get a resolution one way or another. The loss of money is not what is fueling my anger it's the disappoint I have had to watch my son endure since Christmas morning when when my wife and I entrusted Evil Controllers to deliver a product they advertise and took possession of funds for.

Evil Controllers Order

I ordered an evil controller days before Christmas and three days ago i see the selected state was Indiana instead of Illinois so i immediately emailed evil controllers and they have not replied and my tracking number is not available. I am trying to stay patient but
Id really like to be secure hoping it ships to me and not someone else

Well today i got my stealth v2 black ops 2 mod and mw3 and i was excited and then i opened it and saw their was a card that read congratulations youve been upgraded for free to our master mod V3. I messed around in a private match alone on black ops 2 mw3 then mw2 and so far i like it except when i use a mod sometimes i dont know how to turb that mod off for instance i used auto run quick knife and rapid fire and i couldnt stop running because marathon and lightweight haha. But i figured rapid fire and preset mode 9 out i like them and love quick knife. I have one question can using the mods get me banned from that specific online game like mw2 online?

Turn it off the same way you turn it on. (Eg: LEFT + A TURN ON, LEFT + A TURN OFF) The instructions are very bleak I found. I got mine early Jan in Australia $240. Still after all this time I have trouble tweaking rapid fire for BO2, it just seems to act more like a rapid burst instead of continuous fire. I done some more mods to mine like lubing the moving parts with special lubricant for more fluid like movements and filling dead space to add a bit more weight to the controller. The soldering skills are impressive and neat, so A+ for effort and quality. Just want to change to evil sticks now. But instructions are the biggest let down. They should revise and update them on the site ;) as for the shipping I agree, they need to keep customers more 'up to date' just to feel somewhat more reassured. I too was worried I had not heared anything nor a track no even when paid for the extra insurance etc. It's the little things that will ALWAYS make a company better than competitors.

Evil Controllers Returned a controller have never received a refund

My son ordered a controller from this company in December 2012 and returned the next day for a full refund, as per their company policy. We placed 5 phone calls and sent 5 emails -- we have never heard back from this company. They collected my son's money, but have never responded to any of our correspondence. The order is #[protected] and he is due a full refund of $147.94. Do not buy from this company. It appears to be a fraud. If you look at their website, they guarantee a full refund, yet we have never received a responde to any of our correspondences. I am about to contact the Better Business Bureau to register a complaint.

Evil Controllers Horrible customer service

Hi my name is Michael Williams and I never ever have time to do stuff like this but when a company makes me this angry I had to do something.So let me run you through my experience with Evil Controllers to date.First I order my son his Christmas gift on the 16th of December and was told at that time I would get it by Christmas. So after a few days of not getting a tracking number I called and was told it had shipped, a couple day later I call again and was told in fact it had not shipped so I changed the order to a different model as the first wasn't the right model my son wanted.No big deal they said and then said we will TRY to get it there by Christmas but if not by wed the following week.So that Monday still no tracking number and again I call and they said it will ship by wed. So on wed I call again and was told it will ship by Friday. Needless to say at this point I am boiling over.So the following week I call and when I say I called thats because they at this point did not answer emails of any kind, anyway I call again and again and again . To make a long story short I finally got the controller on the 12th of January and by the way one of the first phone calls I was promised a case for my troubles and it was not in the box with controller.So my son gets his Christmas gift on January 12th and loves it but a few days later it no longer works.So I call again and was told one would be sent out the following Tuesday and well tomorrow is Thursday and twice now since yesterday I have been given nothing but empty promises.If I were you and you want one of these controllers I hope you are very very patient and don't mind being lied to about when it will be shipped.I am not even sure about the longevity of there workmanship since the one I got for my son lasted a whole thee days before it broke.Oh I almost forgot, they did upgrade the controller to a better one than the one I ordered for my trouble which was nice but if it doesn't work then what good is it? My two cents, my number is [protected] in case someone from there wants to help me out and send me a working controller.

Thanks Carlos for taking the time to call me as well and like I said overall I do believe that Evil Controllers wants to do the right thing.I do believe that but when you are put through what I went through it leaves doubts and just plain make you angry not to mention the time I have spent trying to resolve the issue.I hope you understand my frustration.Also at this point in time I intend to use you again in the future as I feel like the issue is being resolved. My son mentioned getting some of those glasses for gaming I forget the name of them but he said he would like to try them out so when I have the money I will order some. Again thanks for your time.

Alright so I ordered my Evil Controller on May 22nd, the shipping said it was only 6-10 days... Its been 23 days and still no email has come! What's up with this stupid shenanigan!?!? I'm never ordering from Evil Controllers again

It has been a month and i still have not received my tracking number. I am disappointed with EC's Customer Service. It is utterly poor. I will not purchase another product from EC because of this to be honest with you. I did not find your customer service helpful at all. It is like no one gives a [censored]. In march i purchased items from KONTROL FREEKS and they did lived up to their word, they had my order at my door in 6 days which was the estimated time. Please Please Please Please hear me! I have been extremely patient but now i guess i have to get up and fetch my own order.. this is how i feel. - Isaaka

I ordered a controller off of evil controllers.com, I paid rushing fee which was 40 dollars! It has been 4 days and still no tracking number what kinda site is this?

I bought my husband an Evil controller for a reward for getting into college. He received it on time, but the whole thing is just crap. It won't allow him to select a slot, therefore, none of the mods work. The D-pad doesn't work. I spent close to $400 making it the way he wanted and he's been trying to figure out how to work it since he got it. I called customer service and they said they would call back at some point and never did. They also tried to say that it was a shipping issue and that I should have paid for shipping insurance. Waste of money, that I'm afraid I won't be getting back looking at all the bad reviews, that you guys seem to hide as best as you could. It took me ages to find a public place to complain. Makes me wonder who else has gotten screwed!

Ordered my controller three months ago, still haven't recieved tracking number. I try to reach out to costumer service but can't get a hold of them. And I have no idea where my money went. Super frustrating!

I have an ec . Worked well for two months, doesn't anymore. I've never had to deal with their customer service but from the looks of it I'm glad. It's actually pretty funny the amount of complaints they receive. What's funnier is they always say the same bs Hi so and so were embarrassed and would like to rectify the situation were the best in modded controllers and customer service. This clearly isn't the case. Laughable lol wow what a bunch of fronted two face smooth talking exec's. I'm takin my business elsewhere I don't even want to attempt talking to a brick wall, oops I mean "customer service"
