I bought a membership with RoadCare Plus ( a motor club service like AAA ), for my son who was leaving for college. The membership promised an email with a printable card along with a downloadable benefits package, as well as other opportunities thru their Member Discount Program. After purchasing the deal, I had no contact from the company for almost 6 weeks, I emailed them requesting the above, and was sent an email that said, "Sorry, we've had an overwhelmimg response to our offer; here's your ID number". That was it, a number! No printable card, no benefits package!
The next 3 emails requesting these items, went unanswered. I went on their website and tried to use that ID number to sign up for further offers thru their Member Discount Program; it came back that both my email address and that ID number were invalid. So if those numbers were invalid on their website... did I even have a membership? What would happen in a road emergency? Again, 3 more emails to Road Care went unanswered. So, I contacted Eversave to ask for the refund they promise if you are not satisfied. They told me that I first had to cancel with Road Care. How was I supposed to cancel a membership that is invalid, thru a site that doesn't respond to emails? But I did as I was told, and as you might imagine, Road Care ignored all requests for cancelation. After much searching I finally found a phone number and spoke to a live body. I stated the situation and made it clear that I had no interest in pursuing a relationship with them, whether or not they rectified the situation., I simply wanted to cancel. They apologized and responded not with a cancelation confirmation, but with an email that supposedly had attachments containing the printable card and benefits package that I had been asking for all along. In actuality, the attachments were nothing more than the FAQ page from their website that had been cut and pasted into the email with my membership number typed in at the bottom; and the printable card was nothing more than an image file of their insignia with no name, no ID number, no emergency assistance number, just the RoadCare image. They advised me to print out this pieced together mess and keep it in my glove box. Moreover, both my membership number and email address still continued to show up as invalid on their website. If this is not a scam, it's a fly-by-night company, one that I would never trust to answer a road emergency for my child. I continued to email cancelation requests to Road Care... all went unanswered.
By this time, 3 months had passed. Once again I contacted Eversave to explain my situation. They responded to about the 3rd or 4th email, and apologized for my dissatisfaction, saying that they would review my claim. Needless to say, I never heard from them again. I have tried to contact them several times since, to no avail.
My conclusion...Road Care Plus is a scam... and Eversave's supposed "refund" policy is nothing more than words on a page.
It's too bad... Eversave has had many other deals that I would have taken advantage of, had they simply refunded my $49 bucks. Oh well, their loss is Groupon and Living Social's gain!

Beware folks!

Be wary of Eversave.com vouchers
If you buy a voucher and don't check to see if the company being sponsored is still in business or still offering the promotion within 120 days, Eversave.com will not refund your money.

We have had two such experiences with vouchers that are good for 6 months or more, however when we tried to redeem the voucher in both cases the business was out of business.

Eversave's response to the matter is essentially "Oh Well"
They state that we didn't ask for a refund with 120 days?
How could we if we didn't have any knowledge the businesses they are promoting are gone?
Why would you ask for your money if the voucher is good for another 6 months?
Problem is you don't find out until well after the 120 days has expired, and you think you still have another half year to redeem your paid for voucher.
So here I sit sucked out of my cash with absolutely nothing and no help from the Eversave.com rip off machine.
This is a Rip-off and not sure how it can be legal?
Sure sound like stealing to me?
I would like to be a part of a class action on this company

The same thing happened to me with this company. I purchased a membership thru Daily Deals on 60.com & after a month of me sending emails to Roadcare Plus & no response from them, I contacted Daily Deals. They immediately checked with the company & told me that a representative from Roadcare Plus would be calling me that day. After a week & still no call fromRoadcare Plus, I asked Daily Deals for a refund & got it the next day along with an apology. Two weeks after I cancelled & rec'd my refund, I get an email welcoming me to Roadcare Plus. Needless to say, I sent them a scathing email & told them to never contact me again. Just the other day, I got ANOTHER welcome email. I sent them another scathing email in ALL CAPS telling them again to never contact me. I have come to the conclusion that they are all a bunch of idiots. STAY AWAY FROM ROADCARE PLUS!
