I did get a loan from them for $400. I paid it back three fold. The only way to stop them is to do a syop payment at your bank. Then the harassment begins. Your family, work, friends, people you don't even know in your neighborhood will be called, but atleast you know there is a real person that feeds their family off of stolen money. How they sleep at night doing the job they do is beyond me. Hey mom what do you do at work, "I steal money from hard working people". I have been fighting them for going on five months, $90 every two weeks, can't get anyone on a phone but they call me everyday and hang up 15 times.

I got a $500 payday loan from this place. WORST MISTAKE EVER! I should have know when I saw the interest rate at 999% that something was terribly wrong. They were going to charge me $150 to borrow $500. I figured it was really expensive but I needed the money. So I assumed when the due date came that they would take $650 out of my account. They called me a few days ahead of my due date and asked me if I would like to make payment arrangements and just pay $150. I said sure. Then they took out another $150 on my next payday. Then I stared to get a bad feeling that I wasn't fully understanding the terminology of the contract and what was going on. This place was going to take $150 every two weeks up to 5 times before it would even start paying down the principle. Once I realized that so far I have paid $300 to borrow $500 I panicked and told my mom. She looked it up and these guys are located on the island of Nevis so they are not in the U.S. and are violating U.S. law. I closed my bank account and got a money order for the $500 I owe and am sending it registered mail. I'm expecting the phone calls at work to start coming once they can't touch my account anymore. We'll see.

Just a little add on: The only reason I turned to my bank to stop payment is because I thought this company was a shame! It is very odd that when you call, you're left on hold until finally the call is dropped, and they wouldn't replay to my e-mails. What else was I to do! Let them keep taking my money!

I wish I would have read these complaints before I got a loan. The only way I could get them to stop taking money out of my checking account was to have my bank place a stop payment. Now they are trying to get $2, 200 more out of me. My loan was only for $400.00 and there is no where on the website to repay the loan. No one will return my call, or reply to my e-mails. I just wanted to a statement in writing with my balance owing, but all they have done so far is treats of payroll garnishment. If anyone has a class action against them, I would love to join in.

I agree with you i took out $300.00 loan 2 days before payday and they want to charge me $90 for a two day loan i said that was ridiculous, so they cut the cost in to $45. After two weeks they want me to pay a additional $90 more toward the finance charge of three hundred, i paid the $300. and the balance now is $117.00 dollars.
This loan coast me $157.00 in less than 3o days is crazy. The average 3o day loan on $300.00 loan is $42.50. this company is making $30. on every $100.00 dollars borrowed. They get you into this cycle where you can never get out off. The Funny thing about how i decided to this was through Money Mutual which is endorsed by Montel Williams. I wonder how much money he is getting paid for his endorsement. Everest Cash Advance is A RIP OFF. Another crazy issue is that you can hardly ever call them and some one answers immediately, there line are all always busy as if customers are lining up for there ridiculous scam.
