They are thiefs

As the story is all the same they cost me 57.00 dollars in NSF fees. They went in my bank account on April 20 2007 and then again 2 days later. Thank God for good banks. I put a stop on them entering my account cost me 18.00 as well.

The bad news is these thiefs have our bank account numbers, my questions is how do we stop them, and who has authority over this web scam, to stop them?

Help us Please this is the great united states of America. It's embarrassing to say anyone can do this to us!

As you all can guess, I have been taken by this "scampany" also. So much for secure transactions online. This is a first, and last experience for me. I applied for a payday loan as well and you all know what happened next. My advice to all is to close the account they debited because they still have the information and will likely debit your account again. It is inconvenient but worth the inconvenience. When I discovered the theft of 54.95 from my account, I called my bank to find out where the debit came from. Unfortunately, there was no way for the bank to dishonor any further activity from Ever Private, who I have never heard of and never authorized any such debit. I must now contact my other creditors to advise of this situation and provide new account information but I don't have to worry about Ever Private stealing any more money from me. Does anyone know of a class action lawsuit against Ever Private because we all need to be parties to it.
