Withdrawal from account without permission!

I need to get an understanding on how the company Ever Private Card run there business. I ask for a not for someone to go in my account and take out money without telling me. The reason for that loan was to pay off some bills not add on to my bills. If i knew that they all would go in my account and take out money without telling me i would not deal with this company at all.

People beware!!!

I went to check my balance of my account and i notice that ever credit private card debit from my account the amount of $54.95 on 6/11/2007 without my authorization.

I went online today to check my checking account and I noticed that there was a check number of 9999 on my bank statement. I clicked on the check number and found that a company named Ever Private Card took my money. I called the bank and they told me to call 1.866.379.5984. I called this number and of course you can not speak with a real person. I was given an email address and another phone number. So i send an email and call. I was told that i gave permission to do this. WRONG! I had to leave work go to the bank and have my account changed plus go to the police department and file a report. I have called the BBB and i have a lawyer. You finally speak to someone and all they can say is send an email. They don't really speak any English. I have a 4 year old and now that i am negative in the bank i have a lot of problems coming my way. This is wrong and they are nothing but a bunch of scammers that need to be stopped. If you would like to file a law suit against this company and finally put this to a stop and hopefully make it were no one else has to go through this with at least this company.

I have had the Everprivatecard.com problem happen to me. 1st thing that you should do is go to your bank, and dispute the charge. While at the bank, request that a 'stop payment' be put on your account, so that they cant try to take any more money.

I contacted ever private card services. I told them that I wanted a refund. Because I didn't give them permission to get any money out of my account. Because I knew that I didn't have the money in my account. I checked my checking account balance that when I found out that someone had gone into my account and illegally took my money without verbal consent. I told that I don't want know card. And that I was not interested. No one never sent me a reply back. They said that they would send me a confirmation over the email. I didn't get that , I am very disappointed. And then who wants to get services through someone that you can't even talk to. You have to contact over the internet.

I also had unauthorized charges taken out of my checking account which also ended up with overdraft charges. I did receive a $54.95 refund check drawn from NewDominion Bank, however they stopped payment on the refund check. Their continuous response to this is "check is good" which is in fact a lie.

On 7/19/07 this company issued a draft on my checking account for $49.95. I had never heard of this company, nor had I ever authorized any debit from my bank account for this amount. When I called the number provided on this draft, 866-379-5984, I was directed to a website. However, after repeatedly requesting that a representative from the company call me, they have refused to do so. Now it appears that I will have to close my checking account and this is causing a major difficulty for me because of electronic deposits and withdrawals that have been long established. How can I find out where this company is, what their phone number is, and what I can do?

Ever private i company i never even heard of. Took $54.95 out my checking account check #9999 without my permission. Something need to be done about these people. Now i face overdraft fees and you can't even talk to a real person. Just through email. I wouldn't pay 54.95 to get a prepaid credit card i wouldn't even pay that to get a regular credit card.
