This company...EverPrivateCard/secretcashcard... has stolen 54.95 from my bank and caused a 32.00 NSF charge to my account. Contacted their customer service through the internet about getting a refund... for the last month and a half they have stalled me with the promise of a refund check having been sent. Never got it. Now the site says they no longer exist. What can a person do to get this company back. Can all of us (I see 199 other complaints) get a class action lawsuit going so that at least the principle people of that company will NEVER HAVE A DIME TO THEIR NAMES ever??
