I just had the same problem with this company. They stole 54.95 from my account and I now have a NSF charge of 38.oo to add to that. It started with me checking my account online and seeing a negative. I called my bank to see what this was and they told me a check was presented by ever private card. They gave me the phone number and I called it to only hear that you have to go online to get a refund. I go online and submit a request to have my money returned to me. I then go in to my bank and have a fraud affidavit filed against this company for unauthorized charges. Three days later after I've sent a request for refund they present the check again to my bank and this time they get the money. I'm really pissed now. Mind you I haven't heard anything from the first request I submitted. I go back to there website and there is the response. Saying I authorized the charge by clicking on an advertisement. I did not. P.S. If they send you email it goes to your spam box so that it where to look for inquires from them. I send a third request that was very belligerent. Then they send me another email with another email address for refund which they say takes ten days. This company needs to be stopped.
