How I got a refund!
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 2 votes
I also had money taken from my checking account by this company. I contacted them for weeks requesting a refund, and they responded with the usual line that I authorized the transaction, which I did not. I finally contacted the BBB and filed a complaint against them. Within one week the BBB emailed me with an update, stating that the company had agreed to issue a refund, which I received 10 days later. The BBB is very familiar with this company's fraudulent practices, and has given the Ever Private Card Co. an "F" rating. Don't get stiffed for a refund of your money, go straight to the BBB website and file a complaint. You'll get a refund fast!

I too was a victim. I received a card in the mail pre-approving me for a credit card. Once I visited the site, I do admit to entering my bank information but my other legit credit card companies did that as well to auto-debit my account. I did not accept or agree to anything once I found out the details and existed out of the site without clicking anything else. A week later, $54.95 was taken out of my account.
