Complaint Rating:

I notified ever private card that I had no need for their services and that I did not want them to debit my checking account. The company agreed and sent me a refund however they debited my checking account this month. I notified the company they made a mistake they told me that their was nothing I could do because they had my bank information and my computers ip address which gave them the right to charge my account. I have reported them to my bank and tried to contact EverPrivate but they refuse to stop the payments. And on top of it all I have never seen any card or any other product they say I applied for. There has to be a way of stopping this company.
