I have been arguing with Everprivate in the link they send you. They charged my checking account (I only use my debit/credit card) check cashing so this was how i found that money was taken out. I also went to the internet and printed out all the complaints.

I decided to call the bank and went yesterday morning to have my checking account changed, and a new debit account sent to me via mail. I was told by the fraud manager that he will start an investigation against this company.

My story is the same, I was applying for a pay day loan and after I gave them all of my bank information I was redirected to a third party partner and asked for my electronic signature, thinking I was signing for the approval for my loan. I found out I had become a victim only after I had received an email telling me that I was now a paid member of this shopping club. So I checked my online bank acct and found that they had hit my checking for the amount of $54.95, for something I didn't even know I signed up for.

They took money from my account without permission I am a single parent working with three kids. Can't get child support . The only income I have is my job. Why did they do this. I only use my debit card for bills. If I knew who did this they would be in big trouble and not with the law. Cause they didn't just play with me BUT with MY CHILDREN! I DARE THEM TO COME FACE TO FACE WITH ME!

This company withdrew money from my account and I have been trying to contact them by e-mail, telephone and the have not responded to me. This company debited my account $54.95 dollars and because of this it has cause me to pay other charges to my bank, causing overdraft fee.

I think that this is a shame that people can be so cruel in taking somebody else money.

Thank you,
Veronica Hart.
