I was looking for a pay day loan. About 5 windows would pop up after you submitted the initial information. Name, amount requested, etc, so they can match you with companies... Well, I went to take money out of my savings account, and there was a charge for 49.95 with a made up check (why would I have a check for my savings account???) number of 9999 --that i didn't authorize!

When I submitted a request for refund, I got the run around. They make it sound so easy to get a refund, but really they keep trying to tell you that you must have authorized the charges, and that they ahve this 'virtual' credit card waiting for you -- if you don't have the email, they'll resend it again, so you can begin using the card... a VIRTUAL card... are you kidding me?

I called the BBB and they didn't have any info on this company, but that doesn't mean they aren't a scam. Just that they've not been told about anything good or bad about the company.

I'm so frustrated, now my bank is going to have to get involved to get my money back. My bank atleast though did reverse the 29.00 NSF fee from the transaction.
