Unauthorized charges to my checking account

Complaint Rating:

An unauthorized fake electronic check #9999 charged $49.95 to my checking account from Ever Private Card. This also caused $64.00 in insufficient funds fees to my checking account. Ever Private Card owes me $113.95. And I need to know how to get it back!

There was an unauthorized withdraw from my account, and I do not appreciate being scammed this way, when I was unaware that any withdraw was taking place.

I checked my checking account and noticed an unauthorized debit from this ever private card that i have never heard of tried to contact them at 514-868-2092 was put on hold for eternity. Tried to go on the website but still not luck. This transaction some others items in my account to bounce causing a chain reaction now im out of almost $400.
