Unauthorized charges by Ever Private Card

Upon receiving my Bank Statement there was a check number 9999 with a withdrawal of $49.94. I called my bank and was given a phone number of 866-379-5984. I called and got a recording saying it was Everprivate card and that I would have to contact them on line. That is what I am doing now... this is the second time and i want it to stop and want my money asap.

This just happened to me also there was a 49.95 charge + NSF charge to my and my boyfriend's account by EPC and they say it was a mistake on his part because he overlooked the AGREE to the Terms & Conditions and like he told them he only gave his bank info on cash adv app's and now that I am trying to get a refund also I can't because his info is still in the computer. What can we do?

These people illegally went into my bank account and stole money from me. I went onto their "complaint website" the only response is that they will only give me the info as to what website I authorized them to charge my account. They said I had to pay for it are you kidding me. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the NYS Attorney General.

I was charged 49.95 by ever private card services and i did not authorize this payment. Because of this i was charged a $25.00 NSF fee for not having the funds in my account. I have never even heard of this company until now.

I opened an account on 6/13/07 with fsnb i received a letter stating that i had a check returned for insufficient funds ever private card had somehow gotten my account # i had never heard of that company they had obviously tried to get me for 49.95 i see all of these similar complaints why are they allowed to continue.
