Taking money from my account for something I did not order!

Ever Private card drafted my account twice for 49.95 causing my bank account to be overdrawn 880.45. I cannot get a live person to talk to and they have not responded to my email. I am devastated, being a single mom with 2 children. What does it take to get this straightened out? If you cant talk to a live person at a place of business something is definitely wrong. Hopefully my bank can do something about this.

Ever private card have took unauthorized electronic check out of my account of 54.95 and it over draft me of 34.00 the total of $88.95. I will go to the CBS, ABC News.
