Filing a dispute with my bank to the fraud department

This company called Ever private card somehow got hold of my information that you need to apply for a cash advance loan. I never did any business with this company nor apply for any cash loan. They unauthorized electronically withdrew the amount of $49.95 of out of my checking account now also I have incurred a $22.oo overdraft fee from my bank Wachovia. I want the %$71.oo fee removed from my account. Today is Saturday 5/19/07 on this day I am also filing a dispute with my bank to the fraud department.
