Ever Private card made two debits from my account on a Friday, and I got my money back that following Tuesday. Somehow, my bank spoke directly with the Ever Private Card company to let them know that I had submitted affidavits/check forgery forms concerning the unauthorized debits Ever Private Card made. The bank officer said Ever Private was more than happy to return the funds. At first my bank told me it would take two weeks, but somehow they got a live voice. I don't know what number they called because the one I called was only a recorded message giving instructions on how to submit a refund. The two authorized debits had posted already, so my payment could not be reversed. I'm just glad my bank found someone from Ever Private and got my money back in three days.
