$49.95 was taken out of my checking account without my approval

I would like the $49.95 that was taken out of my account returned. I am a single mother of 2 and was unaware that charges were being taken out of my account.
I did not give this company my permission to take any money out of my account but they did. They took 49.95 out of my account and I am demanding my money back. Also by them doing this they also cause my bank to charge me a overdraft fee of 35.00 and I want all my money back.
Ever private card withdrew from my bank account without my approval leaving me in the negative now I have to pay for insufficient funds to cover that overdraft. Please help!
I woke up to find my account had been charged $54.95 by ever private card and I have never authorized this and now also have a $30.00 NSF charge to my account. I am a laid off mother of two and can not afford this.
On June 7, 2007 this company to 49.95 with check #9999 out of my account, I did not authorize this nor do i know who this company is, i have read the 100 plus complaints about this company and i am going to file a fraud case / suit against them, do to this i have to close out my account and re-open a new one and this is going to cause so many problems with my finances...
