Unauthorized ACH debit

This company attempted to do an ACH debit for $49.99 from my checking account. I did not have that much in there, so my bank charged me a $30.00 fee! I submitted a complaint to my bank. What's next?
I was trying to get a payday loan every time a pop up window appeared not for the company I was applying. So, I wrote a letter to talk with someone and told them I didn't want there services, I went as far as to tell them they were fraudulent and to cancel the service. I just check my account at the credit union now I am 14 plus dollars in the red. I want my money back plus the overdraft fee. Can someone please help me?
