Took over 12 months to get anywhere with my divorce; they lose documents, do not return phone calls, can't reach them when it's a true emergency. Also kept increasing my fees and charging for documents that could never be found. Does not communicate well with other attorney's or send the proper documents when instructed to do so. It's like they are working for the other party. They delay things so long it costs more in the long run and ends up back firing in your face.

Samantha,

That's funny because our records don't even have anyone named Samantha being a client in over 2 years. So I will assume you are using an alias, or the more likely, you are a competitor slandering us because you either lost to us in court or because you hold something against us. But, I am fair and will give you a chance to own up to your "experience" with our firm. If you will email me (I just emailed you with my contact info) and prove to me you are an ex-client of ours (email me a copy of your contract or any correspondence from us proving we were your attorney, shoot, just tell us your real name and we can verify it), and tell me how much money you actually paid us, and how much you think our service is worth, and I will pay you the difference. I am willing my money on the line along with my good name and reputation which you have called into question here with zero accountability. So please, show the world that you are honest and fair, contact me and I promise to come back on here and eat crow if it is deserved and even reimburse you for whatever money you feel was unfairly charged.

My name is Jeff Peek, founding partner and principle, and I take my job, my client's welfare and my reputation very seriously. To see our firm held in low regard here is troubling, and I am willing to help this client (if indeed she is a client) get the justice and fairness she feels she did not find in our representation, even it means I have to give her money back. However, I strongly believe this post, when held to account for it's veracity, will be found lacking in truth and substance.

Attorney's can show whatever time they want when billing a client. You never really know how much time they are spending because you do not see them actually working on your case.
